I have lived at Fairlane Meadow for 7 years now, and I will not move anywhere else. I can't believe some things people say on apt ratings: "like a dungeon'" This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. I have a 2 bedroom townhouse, maintenance is always there the same day I call, and the staff is so friendly! I have never been treated nicer than here. We have resident parties, and free rent for sending our friends to them! I would definately recommend this place to anyone!

The walls are very thin. I could hear the neighbor snoring.Dark, very bad units, old appliances to think the rent is also pricey! The ground floor unit is damp, gets flooded when the snow thaws,bugs crawling under the old cabinets and drawers in the bathroom. The tiles are cracked. Parking is bad. Security features at the gate are useless!. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone.
