Worth looking into

Although the one bedrooms are small (593 sq. ft.) for the price, they are quiet for the most part. We had some noisy neighbors above us for a short time and they allowed their two small children to use the apartment for a playground with little respect for those living below them. Grounds is usually busy keeping the place pretty clean and well manicured. Have always had a good response time on any maintenance issues, which there have only been a couple minor problems. Management has always been very curtious. The only real problem with the complex is the traffic. There are no posted speed limits, so drivers feel they can drive as fast as they want and very rarely stop for the couple stop signs, so if you are a walker or jogger stay off the streets and be careful when driving through the complex. Also, they advertise a secure community, but it is not completely fenced in and the unattended front gate is usually open or has been driven through on the weekends. So if you are looking for secured, its not. However, it is a safe environment. Residents are mostly professionals. There are also security alarms in the apartments, but I don't think anyone uses them, no need.
