We've lived at Fairlane Woods now for 2 months. Of the many apartment communities that we've lived in over the years, Fairlane Woods is definitely far better than most. Compared to the last apartment that I rented in a different community, the sound proofing is much better. We havn't heard any noise from the apartments on either side of ours, very quiet and peaceful. No tv or stereo noise, can't hear people talking or the kids crying. The management has had pool side parties, though we hav'nt yet attended any; and the morning breakfasts look nice but we hav'nt joined in for that yet either. So far the management has been attentive to our requests for apartment problems with the air conditioning, and the problems were corrected quickly, only minutes or a few hours from reporting the problem. Fairlane Woods has recently been repairing the roads and cleaning the ponds near the entrance way. They do need to clean the gutters of debri and leaves however, as the one over our entry way doesn't drain, and another one off the 2nd floor apartment near us is drooping away from the roof a bit. The grounds surrounding the complex are very nicely maintained however, and the back part of the community has nice homes and condo's. Our 3 bedroom apartment is clean & has a nice fireplace, attractive stair way leading upstairs to the bedrooms and laundry area. The kitchen is large though a little too dark, as the windows open out to the inner court yard and covered front porch. Overall, we're very happy with our apartment and with the management at Fairlane Woods, and we would recommend this apartment community to anyone that is looking for a quiet, upscale apartment home.
