We loved this place, but things are changing. We have noticed trash lying around the grounds and residents leave garbage on their balconies and porches. My downstairs neighbor (an onsite employee) has a trashed out vehicle that hasnt been moved or started in months, he plays his music loud after 9:00pm, leaves broken down furniture on his porch and frequently parks in the handicapped zone when a spot near his front door is not available.

We pay GOOD money to live in a upscale community and are disappointed to see Fairlane Woods deteriorating. We are good residents and will think twice about re-signing our next lease.
