I've lived at Fairlane Woods for 9 years and it is a very nice place to live. The complex offers amenities like continental breakfast, kids activities, adult parties, and lots of little perks. I've always found maintenance responsive and attentinve and broken fixtures are replaced are usually within 24 hours. The grounds are beautiful and well landscaped. The interiors, especially the kitchens, seem a bit dated given their late-seventies origins and the construction of the cabinetry sort of belies the overall "upscale" nature of the complex. Still I would recommend it to anyone. There is plenty of parking, but it is not covered and garages are separate, and a bit expensive for their value.
