Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I think that it is a nice community to live in, staff are very friendly and approachable and maintenance is timely... yet tenants' quality is worsening and the gym needs to be updated or at least maintained... In conclusion it is becoming overpriced and I am thinking of moving out when my rent expires.
