Exterior is beautiful but this place is swarmed by mice. In summer, mosquitoes and other kinds of insects also invade your apartment. Very harmful for small kids who would put anything in their mouth, including food gnawed by mouse. We are moving out as soon as we can.

HI SO WHAT APRTMENT WERE YOU LIVING IN OR LIVING IN? I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS AND I DONT SEE INFESATIONS OF MICE LIKE YOU SAY THERE IS.WHAT STREET ARE YOU ON?

I've lived here for years and have never seen or heard of anyone having a problem with mice. I don't know what you are talking about!

It is the end of my third year here and I have never experienced or heard anything about mice. The apartments are great!

If you are having any sort of problem with insects or rodents all you have to do is notify management and they will take care of it. They have a customer service guarantee and the manager is very nice. That said I have been here for years and never experienced issues like you say.

Neither have I.. Going on 4 years here.. NEVER a mouse, ever. However, I will say, the place has gone downhill. Maintenance is fairly lax. You don't get help in 24 hours, like you used to. But it's not too bad.

I had mice in my apartment after living here for a year (no problems the first year) but eventually it was taken care of after I had maintance come in and seal up the gaps in the wall behind my fridge and oven!
