I just moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment and must say the experience thus far has been incredible. I'm a business professional who works in the area and carefully researched my options for renting - Fairlane Woods does not disappoint. The manager Dylan was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The leasing staff Ken and Darius are very helpful and the only service issue I had (locked up garbage disposal) was fixed the same day. The apartment is fantastic and the grounds have to be simply seen to be believed - no other place in Dearborn looks as beautiful as this place does! It's a gated community and the security guard Cecil is very nice (though the front is currently having cement work done and the gate is temporarily opened until completion). Overall I highly recommend this apartment community!
