Contrary to the last person's review, I find Fairlane Woods to be the finest place to live in Dearborn. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the community is absolutely beautiful, the service department is quick to respond to my needs, and the social events held yearly are incredible. Prices are a bit higher than the neighboring communities, but it's worth every penny. They give you 30-days to try it out without commitment, too - a great policy. This place is hands down the most beautiful place around!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home, we will allow you to break your lease contract within the first 30-days of residency without penalty.
