I personally had a difficult time there. The rental agent who showed me a two bedroom apartment which was to rent for 1000.oo per month with an additional fee of 5.00 to pay for trash pick up misrepresented herself. I found out later that I would be charged for Sewer services as well. I complained about this and got nowhere.
The smoke detectors did not work and the dishwasher backed up everytime I tried to use it and this would have water running from my counter top to the floor. If I were thinking about renting an apartment from them I would make sure all appliances worked before I signed anything. Don't take the rental agents word for nothing talk with the apartment manager and get the actual rental payment from him. When your lease is up be sure you fully understand what the move out terms are or you will stuck paying a bogus late fee.
