I'm a current resident and have been here a little over 9 months. I've had no trouble at all with the service department - the few issues I have called in myself were corrected within 24 hours and my dripping faucet was fixed the same day! The leasing and management are all very nice and a pleasure to deal with - they are very professional and eager to help you. I have experienced this since the day I walked in and as a paying resident still receive the same service. I looked at the other places when my husband and I moved (The Licoln, Fairlane Meadows) and although they were nice as well, The Licoln is on the service drive of Fairlane Mall and felt to much like a retail space. The Meadows was OK but it's right off of a major road and didn't feel as residential. Fairlane Woods is in the middle of a forest and feels very secluded, although the apartments are a bit older. I highly recommend them!

9 months? you haven't been here long enough to experience the REAL Fairlane Woods. Prepare yourself. Took me 2 weeks to get something fixed.

Well, I agree with renterboy. You haven't been here long enough. Just wait. 9 months? We just had a winter that last 7. So, you have not experienced every season. Wait til you see a coyote wandering around the trashy trash dumpter area. THEN, I bet you might have another thought or two about the place. Don't let your cat out if you have one. He'd be a nice snack for those bigger animals. And it's NOT because this is a "forest" AAA HQ is across the street!
