As apartments go these are not the best or the worst. The parking lot and sidewalk floods when it rains hard which makes parking difficult and its rather annoying when I have to go to work with wetsock. There is sometimes a slight silverfish problem. Maintenance does attempt to fix things but they rarely do it completly and what they do fix usually breaks again. There has also been some theft with cars being broken into and even stolen (which can happen anywhere). That being said its a good location,the price is nice, and the apartments are clean and spacious.

I'm a little nervous about the area- my husband and I have two children under the age of 6. Would you recommend as a family-friendly apartment and area? Thanks!
