I've lived here for almost two years. I move out at the end of April 2008. I'm leaving because the rent on a one bedroom apartment is going up to $650. That is too much if you ask me. I liked my apartment, but the problem I have is that I can hear everything my neighbors under me are doing. From them using the bathroom to snoring, I can hear. The floors are paper thin. They walk so hard that it sounds like they live above me. I've complained about the noise that both of my neighbors had made in the two years that I lived there, but little was done about it. It seems like the more I complained, the louder they got. I've also seen nothing but crime issues around too. I've had all four of my tires stolen and noticed a lot of police presence and arrests being made.
