Great service; great management

I rented from Carriage Hill for a year and a half & it was one of the best experiences I've ever had while renting an apartment. I had to terminate my lease due to a job transfer and under the Home Properties PLEDGE (a written customer service guarantee), I was able to do so and it didn't cost me a penny!

Their maintenance department is great and the office staff are the best (thanks for everything Brenda and Amanda)!

I recommend this communtiy very much!
