My husband lived here for almost 2 years, then after we got married I moved in and we lived there another year. I had never lived in an apartment before. It was a good experience. The office staff was ALWAYS nice and friendly. The maintenance staff was nice there. We only had a couple requests while we lived there and the were always taken care of promptly. Do not be afraid to rent from this complex. It's nice and actually pretty quiet for Dearborn Heights.
A new management company took over and the transition was smooth. I think its Beacon management now.
In the winter they usually did plow - even on Sundays - when the office is closed and staff is "off."
Laundry is in the basement - not great but at least its in the same building.
Some things did "bother" my husband: finding close parking to your apartment, in the evening, CAN be difficult (not always).
And the ugly vertical blinds... lol
But other than that it was a good experience.
