Bad place for winters (bedrooms super cold)

Although the staff is nice and they have good maintenance team, it's not the best place to live in winters. The apartments have default in construction and the management is moderately aware of this.........

The heat vents are next to the ceiling and the warm air stays on the top leaving the rooms cold even if you have heat at 80 F, especially the bedroom!
