These people will try to cheat you.

These people will try to rip you off! They claim to be able to retain deposit if you don't give 60-day notice of vacancy at the end of lease term, which is illegal under MI law. In my case they are pursuing me for a month's rent AFTER I vacated on the termination date of the lease, and are threatening collection, etc. I have been forced to sue them in court to get my deposit back and stop their harassing me.
