Standing water in basements, poor drainage
Sometimes to get to washer/dryers in basements you'll have to walk through puddles. Most all storage cages have wooden pallets to keep items off floor.
Trash dumpsters are over 6' off the ground, they have side doors but those fill up quick.
People drive through the parking lot very fast, the place could use speed bumps.
Each building structure connects via the basement, someone can enter another door go through the basement and get out another door.
The heat/ac only one or the other, I was on 2nd floor and wished they would've turned on the a/c earlier.
They also have a 60 days move out notice policy, almost anywhere else is 30 days, this can make moving hard.
All of the above may not sound positive but they are facts, things to consider.

Something I liked very much was a clause in the lease to get no-fee for a job transfer.

Again, the staff was always very nice
and always made repairs very promptly.
