I lived here for about 7 years and was basically happy here. The managers were very professional and helpful, and the grounds were very well kept. The apt. was in perfect condition when I moved in. I loved it, and the pool was beautiful and fun. The only problem ws that the washers and dryers were down in a basement which was a long walk and they weren't very clean. Although the washers were okay. Also, the snow removal was very slow and inconvenient in winter. Maintenance was not bad, but the supervisor was very grumpy and not helpful at the time. The other problem was there were a lot of centipedes in the basement that found their way up to the apt. at times. Big ones. But overall I was very happy there and the rent increases were non-existent or very minimal.
