This place has gone downhill FAST!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
A year ago the maintainence was pretty good and the attitude of staff was friendly. Since this place was bought out it's been all downhill. Maintainence is incompetent and lazy. Complaints are ignored and excuses are the only answers you get. I'm getting out as fast as I can!
