I have resided at Carriage Park Apartments for about four years and have not encountered any major issues. I have always been provided with quality, fast service and over the years have developed a great rapport with office management and staff members. I have always felt safe and comfortable within the Carriage Park community and would most definitely recommend this complex to others. On occasion, mostly during the winter/holidays, parking spaces near your entrance door may become scarce, unless you rent a carport..."first come, first serve" however, that's no big deal.... also 'as with any community', sometimes you may have nice and considerate neighbors and sometimes you may not (that's to be expected). Overall, Carriage Park, for me has been and hopefully will remain to be a great place to live.
