This was our very 1st apartment so we didn't look around much to compare. The price was very high for the location and square footage. They don't have washer/dryer in unit so you'll have to go to the basement which was very scary when my husband wasn't home. Our neighbors always forgot their clothes in the dryer. During the 1st month of living there, my husband's car got broken into. So if you decide to move there, try to park in the front of the building. As for our neighbors, only the ones across and underneath were annoying -- such as yelling, listening to music too loud.

I loved the office staff. They were always very friendly and professional. Maintenance was done on time, never had to call twice. I loved the fact that the heating/cooling were added to our rent for a flat rate.

Would we live there again' No. Hopefully they get better at tenant screening process.

Yes, the heating and cooling was included in the rent, but they controlled it too. We wouldn't get any heat until it got really cold. To say the basement was scary is an understatement. Do they still have those huge centipedes?
