Maintenance is the best in the area; what is this guys problem'

Contrary to what the person above stated, I have had no issues with the maintenance department and I have lived here 6 years!
Of course the rent has gone up; it has gone up everywhere, but their maintenance department is excellent. Their maintenance supervisor, Fred, is the most polite and professional supervisor I have ever been waited upon. Their pool is crystal clear in the summer time and their leasing staff is great.
These apartments are clean and well maintained; their emergency maintenace has responded twice to my calls (one for a lock out and the other for no A/C) and it took all of 45 minutes.
The community manager is polite and professional - I cannot recommend this community enough - you'll love it here!
Plus, they pay a great referral reward if you recommend someone and they rent (currently $500).
I recommend Cherry Hill Village 100%!
