Building 2 and 3 are very bad

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
If you live in building 2 and 3, you would be in hell by now. Noisy,criminals, people will be drinking alcohol,smoking in common areas i have made numerous complaints, but no change please DO NOT STAY in these apartments.
