I am staying in this apartment for past 3 1/2 years and I dont have complaints. I did had problems with neighbors sometime back. But the management here is very nice and efficient. Hoewever I am planning to move out once my lease is over this time. The only reason for me moving out is the school district (Crestwood). Other than that I had great time in this apartment. Though the buildings are old the maintenance is very good. The apartment can be even better if they have proper roads within and a Children play area. I like the Gym though its small, but its 24/7. Rent is ok. Its a good place for people who work in Ford (iTek) its only 7 miles. You have the McDonalds, CVS, DMV and others right across the street. Very convenient.
