Good: Maintenance was quick to respond. Exercise room is small but clean.
Bad: I never really felt safe. There was a rape/assault with the police and news involved. The shared entryway was run-down. Neighbors downstairs watched TV on full blast until 4 AM!! Neighbor across hall swore like crazy and was always screaming. ONE washer and dryer for 8 apartments!!! The clothes never got clean. Air conditioning didn't circulate throughout apartment.
