I have lived here at cherryhill village for 2 years now....the first year was very nice no problems at all! It all started when i saw a roach on my ceiling which came out of the ceiling fan...so im guessing it came from my neighbors upstairs...i contacted the leasing office and they had an exterminator come out and take care of it. Next came the mice and rats they run across my kitchen all night long ive had this problem about 8 months now as soon as i resigned the lease all the problems came! we have been trying to break our lease since we first saw them...i have a 6 month old son who shouldnt have to live in these conditions....we are not dirty people and this is not a healthy way to live exterminators have been to our apartment over 5 times and the woman across the hall has caught 3 mice that my boyfriend had to remove from her apartment....there are many holes in this building which makes for easy access to the critters...aslo if you are considering these apartments do not i repeat do not move into a lower unit you will get woke up whenever your upstairs neighbors wake up! The floors are so creeky they wake up my son every morning when my neighbor gets up at 630 Also there was a spring of robberies going on breaking into cars including mine! and the people moving in are becoming more and more ghetto there are also only 1 washer and dryer for 8 apartments i had my laundry thrown outta the washer for someone else to put theirs in!.....please people this is the honest truth!!! if you wanna live with rats roaches unsafe living and noise come on down!
