Hey, If you would like to live were the MANAGER AND MAINTENACE don't care about you
will, I have the place for you DEARBORN CLUB APARTMENT! Call to get work done in you apartment and it will never happen. I'm a past resident and the reason for moving out as quickly as i did is because the maintenance is so bad (you can get a crack head off the street to come in and do the work better or DO SOME WORK.) They never show up to do any thing and when he come he look and you never see him again.
The manager that a joke all she does is sit in here office, and when you see her she is show some poor person one of the apartments from HELL!!!!!!!!
Ground are never pick up, I would come and go and see the same boxes or paper on the grounds, myself and other resident would have to pick up if it was going to be done, because you never see the maintenance people picking up anything.
Before I forget you move in a apartment so you don't have to do the snow this. Right I would come out to go to work about 8am the snow was never done the drive way was done because the truck come by early, but the walk ways Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha,Ha. THAT'S A JOKE

Parking here is HELL, so if you have 2 cars forget, it will never work out for you or if you have a roommate,(NOT) so don't have freind come by because they have no were to park.
The laundry room please not clean no light, sometime they are lock sometime not you have people up in there getting high loud playing and then some.

No outside lighting you could get robbed in the parking lot and no one would every no but you.(UNSAFE)
