We love this place. We have only been here a few months but the community is nice... You can hear the kids outside IF the windows are open. You can also hear the people over you IF they are running across the floor. Overall maintenance is great. I reported an issue and it was solved the same day. We do not have ghetto neighbors. We overlook the park from our balcony, so it's relaxing and nice. Anyone that complains about this complex was obviously trouble themselves. Even if you are a home owner, there are still going to be kids out. GET OVER IT! Want no kids around, move into a Senior citizens home and never leave. There are children everywhere you go! There are only a hand full of children here anyways that I noticed.
