I have lived here for a couple of months and I have been happy so far. I have had a couple of maintenance orders here and there, but its not brand new and they responded right away and it was done right. I had one incident with my neighbors being loud and it was taken care of really quickly by the office and it hasn't happened again. Parking is probably the big issue here because it is tight, but I just rented a carport so I have an extra spot for my visitors. All in all I really like my apartment and I only pay electric which is like $20 bucks a month!!!! Things are pretty clean and it is close to everything. Nice Staff, Nice Apartment, Nice Area. NICE!

I loved the staff from day one. They are so pleasant and nice. The apartments offer alot of amenties and convience things for busy working people such as free facsmile, dry cleaning pick up and drop off, pet grooming service, the office staff will sign for your packagfes from ups and fed ex and much more. I am waiting to move in and can't wait because it appears so peaceful and i love the security gated community. The parking lot doesn't look great but the apartments make them SHINE.
