This is by far the worst place i have EVER lived. There are too many things wrong to list but i will try to fit them all in. First, the police come looking for our neighbor quite frequently, at all hours of the day and night. We found an interveinous drug needle exposed in the front lawn ( that would have been great to step on). When voicing our concerns the office staff told us they had never seen any of this and basically told us we were lying. if you need any major repairs i.e a working shower etc. they have to "put a work order in" which they say will take a few days but for our dryer to be hooked up took over a MONTH. they do not care about their residents at all.

The lock came off of the door to the apartment and the office and management company REFUSED TO PUT A NEW ONE ON! Their reasoning.... it was a holiday weekend! So for three days anyone who wanted could get into the apartment...which made us nervous because we were living next to a man who had the police constantly after him.

I'm constantly afraid that my car/ and or apartment will get broken into. When I walk outside Im either greeted by someone making rude comments or a domestic dispute. I'm embarassed to tell people i live here because it is so GHETTO.
Do not be fooled by the cheap rent or student discount. This place is TERRIBLE! DO NOT MOVE HERE
