Please do not move here. The management company is horrible, do not rent at any Hartman and Tyner properties....especially this one....Please look up hartman and tyner with the BBB. You will see the countless complaints, this company will take your money and try to ruin your credit. Please visit these apartments at night after 5 p.m. so you can see the enviroment you will be living in. if you enjoy loud, ghetto people, drug dealers, having your car broken into and the locks broken off your apartment then this is the place for you. Windows are broken constantly and nothing gets fixed. the heat is horrible and your bill will be over $100 in the winter. The apartments are dirty and noisy. HARTMAN AND TYNER Are SCUMLOARDS..... they do not care about their tenants and will try to steal from you. please do not sign a contract with this company.
