I feel like at this point that would be the better option. I moved here becasue I was in a jam and they looked decent. Upon moving in I realized that this was a huge mistake. My apartment is freezing and my bill is over 200$ a month for heat and electric. My neighbors are loud and rude, they yell racial slurs out of their windows and blast music at all hours. If you file a complaint the office says" its an apartment what do you expect'" That is not professional at all. If you call the company ( Hartman and Tyner) you will get the same response. I have found the maintainance people just in my apartment "fixing things" when I didn't call in a work order. And when you do call in a work order it will take weeks to get a response. The water has been shut off 2 times without warning ( the building pays the water bill) which is real nice when you are in the shower getting ready for work. I guess none of the other residents care as it seems like they do not have jobs to get ready for and are all on welfare.
