The apartments are beautiful and the commute into Detroit cannot be beat but the staff is always changing and never for the better! We notified them one time because our clothes washer had leaked a little water - the came over, ran it a couple of times, and basically did nothing else and told me it was fine. One week later it overflowed and flooded our laundry room and kitchen area and we were without a washer for several days.

We have also had major noise problems from our neighbors with no resolution from staff to fix despite repeated reportings over a 2 year period.

It is overpriced and we're leaving next year as soon as we can buy a house - do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
