It's quiet, the office staff is very helpful, the grounds are kept in tip-top condition. The parking is a little tight because of garages and sheds occupying lots of spaces, but not unreasonably so. Quick interstate access is a plus. Shopping in the area is lackluster, but it's a trade-off for the quietness of the area.
