I have lived at Lake Village of Fairlane twice. My first time here was for 5 months and I was transferred with my company unexpectedly. The management company was very helpful and I was able to get out of my lease with a minimal fee.

A year and a half later, I was brought back to the Dearborn area and remembered the great service I had received from Lake Village. The helpful office staff not only found me an apartment right away, they also did not charge me another application fee. When I moved in, the maintenance staff was very helpful and even assisted me with some heavy items.

I can't say enough about Lake Village of Fairlane and the staff there. They have treated me and my family with respect and always make me feel valued. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apatrment in the Detroit area.
