We are relatively new occupants of this complex and have already decided that we will be moving as soon as our lease is up if not sooner. The management is unprofessional and is only concerned with getting the apartments rented. They don't want to have to deal with any problems. The pool is noisy, always full of kids and the rules are not enforced as far as closing time. Non-residents jump the fence and use the pool at all hours. The complex itself is very noisy because of the freeway being so close. You have to keep your windows shut at all times if you want any peace at all. Soundproofing is bad.
