This Place is awful we can't wait till out lease is up!Rats,Spiders,Dogs Running Freely!
&& the rats are here because of the fact that its only one trash compacter for the whole complex && everyday it over-fills causing ppl to stack their trash & Bulk items in front of the compacter.&& its not safe at all people either bump the gate to get in or break through it.So the gate is often..."open"
It is awful i dont feel at home at all i cant wait to move.We try to get home early so we wont have to run(avoiding the rats)The lady that drove us around the complex made it seem so great it isn't all its cracked up to be.

As a resident since 04 i cant disagree with you more! sure people try to run through the gates but why is that a property or management problem.i have noticed that anytime the gates have been broken, they have been fixed as soon as they can be. As far as the trash compactor i feel that its a resident problem Not a property problem.THROW YOUR TRASH TO THE BACK LIKE THE SIGNS SAY. I really like this place so DONT be fooled by the peanut gallery.

It is THEIR problem. Should not have one trash compactor for a complex of this size. That is unsafe and unhealthy. Not to mention that management should be on top of making sure it's compacted throughout the day, everyday and this includes the weekends. It is their problem when the gates are constantly being bumped and they threaten to pass on the cost to ALL tenants. They continue to let those type of people in to rent then they will suffer the consequences of the property going down and certainly not being worth the rent they charge.
