The ladies at the leasing office will seldom act on repair calls. According to them, the estimated time to get a microwave fixed is three days. The neighborhood is very noisy and lawns, tennis court and the sidewalks are never maintained. They have dug up a section of lawn for the last 6 months in front of my apartment which is adjacent to the leasing office. Great location but highly priced for virtually no service. I am kind off stuck with the lease....Gym has very few equipments and are in very bad shape...thanks to the new management. The water dispenser is out of order since ages. There was a time, when we had towels for tenants but gone are those days.
