Don?t let the fact that this is a newer apartment fool you! I moved from out of state and decided on this apartment because it was new but I really should have looked around. I was dazzled by the newness but in the end, I gave up a lot. I never thought living right across from a mall (literally) would be a problem but it was. A few months into my lease and I realized that noise and traffic were a major problem. I never really felt safe. My neighbors had late parties (many different people who constantly parked their cars, blocking my garage) and my several noise complaints went unresolved.



Garages are nice. Clubhouse is alright. View from my windows was anther building (always had my blinds closed-safety concerns). Got tired of climbing all the stairs!(3 flights worth).

If all youwant is a newer apartment,then go ahead and live here, but don?t expect anything spectacular and certainly don?t expect to feel safe!
