I have been living at the Lincoln at Fairlane Towncenter since May of 2003. Due to a recent change with my job,(I am being transfered to CA.) I am sadly having to leave this pleasant community. I found this site in my quest for a new home and thought I would comment. I don't udnerstand the concerns for safety as stated in the other posts. I have often worked out at the fitness center late in the evening and also walk the perimter of the bulidings for exercise in the summer. I have never felt afraid. The office staff although it changed occasionally remained very nice and very professional. I had an attached garage at no additional costs and maintenance was really on top of things. I loved in home washer and dryer and also the fact that if you have a town house no one lives above or below you. So how could you hear noise'' I think over all my experience was great. I will miss it there and sadly there are no Lincolns in Northern CA.
