I was a resident of Lincoln at Fairlane for many months. The grounds are well maintained, the units are neat and well-appointed, and the value is decent. This property has two serious problems. First, the outdoor common trash area is not maintained well. All forms of garbage litter the area and,as a result, constantly attracts rodents. Secondly, the on site management team is weak. Telephone calls are not returned promptly; they lack sophistication in the basic obligations of a landlord; they constantly circulate form letters reciting rules and regulations; and they behave as if they are powerless to think, make any decisons or to exercise good judgment. I now understand why they have so many empty units and why tenants leave frequently -- the management team could be much better.
