I will preface this with saying that the apartments are nice but they are very flawed. For instance, the glass on the windows is so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING that happens outside your apartment. Also, heating and cooling bills are incredibly high due to air always leaking. Another thing is that most of the units have mice. I am friends with a few families in the community and they all share this problem. It is quite common for the mice to come in through the garage and make it into your house through little openings. The complex dealt with this by setting up a handful of glue traps. So gross. I would think twice before paying the big bucks to live here again. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
