Too Much $$$ For Way Too Little

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Maintenance is non-existent, including lawn care. Basement leaks and is full of Silverfish, I have complained and they tell me they send an exterminator, but I have never seen it. Dogs poop all over the grounds and no one cleans it up. It is too bad, what could be a beautiful place has turned borderline ghetto.
