I have lived in the apartments of this community for 2 years now and I am very happy with it. It is a little expensive but I stay because of the beautiful grounds, the great location with easy access to all freeways and close proximity to the mall, main library, police and fire departments and hostpital.
I love the charm of the older buildings and hardwood floors which are kept in very good condition. The basement is always very clean and there is storage available. The only noise I have encountered is that of the lawn maintenance crew which is very loud but is only there enough to keep the grounds looking beautiful which is a good trade off. I have contacted maintenance a few times and my requests were taken care of the next day.
Parking is available in the front of the apartments and there is also a parking lot behind each building. I am usually able to park right in front of my apartment except when it snows and all residents don't move there cars to the back for the plows. Then a lot of the front parking spaces can not be parked in.
I feel very safe in this area and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, quite and clean place to live.
