Went downhill fast over past year

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I am a current resident. Moved into a 2 bedroom apartment here in the Winter of 2001. Maintenance Service is almost non-existent. They keep losing their clean up crew so you can imagine what the hallways & laundry facilities look like. For what I pay, I don't get my monies worth by any stretch of the imagination. Too bad, used to be a lovely place to be.
