I am pleased with my townhouse overall but feel that the service (in regards to maintenance issues) could be much better. The grounds could be much better maintained. Grass is non-exsistent in front of some of the property and nothing has been done through the whole spring and summer season to correct the problem. I also question whether they determine who lives in what area of the property based on race. When I moved in it was very diverse in my area, then over the course of a few months everyone in this area is of the same race as me, while other areas of the property are predominantly of another race.
