Hello All, Yes the place is outdated , but we all have top remember that would not be at the fault of the Apartment Mgt. Dearborn has strick laws since this area and property was deemed a National Historic Site and cannot be updated based on the laws. I lived in a Town house and finished out my lease. Parking sometimes was a problem, but other than that I never had a problem living here. I had to move to re-locate for job reasons but I would reccommend living here.

That's nonsense. If the management wanted to, they could implement some easy improvements to the property. For instance, the historic code isn't going to prohibit a property manager from updated the heating system that doesn't allow renters to control the heat in their own apartment.
