The Building is great except for the kitchens and some bathrooms look as if they were someones first home improvement they did themselves. The floors are slanted in the kitchens!!!! The "matinance men" appear to have just gotten out of a prison release program, which is fine except for the fact that they weren't trained in matinance work!!! I once came home and the matinance man was in my apartment with out any prior warning, and he had used the bathroom too!!!
There is "security" that works at night. They just appear as though they fell through the cracks of society. There is only one car allowed per apartment and they "security" is supposed to make sure that is enforced. Well they do when ever they fell like it and when they do they don't even know what they're doing!!!
The architecture is great except for the fact that...everything is cover in paint!!! Multiple layers!!!! The bathroom hooks and etc have been painted over so many times that they have no detail at all!!!
Last but not least, when i was beeing shown an apt, they took me into an occupied one. Thats ok if they would've checked with the person first but they didn't!!! We just walked in to someones apt while they were gone!!! Hell i could've stlen something and vice versa!!!!
