Belcrest is a cheater

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived in Belcrest for one and half years. The ceiling of my bathroom fell one night almost killing my three year old daughter who was coming out.

Belcrest took over one month to fix the ceiling when I complained to the Building Department. They did not pay the medical bills for my daughter.

They never returned my security deposit. And filed a false report with credit unions that screwed my credit history.

NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
